Single cylindrical ball nuts
All Servomech ball screws and nuts are designed and produced inside our factory in Anzola dell’Emilia (Bologna), ITALY.
BS Series ball screws:
- Available on different accuracy grade (ISO IT3, IT5, IT7)
- Nominal diameter d0 [mm], in accordance with standards ISO 3408 and DIN 69051:
14, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 120 - Lead Ph [mm], in accordance with standards ISO 3408 and DIN 69051:
4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 20,25, 32, 40 - Max. thread length up to 10 m (depending on the diameters and the length of the bar)
SCN Series single cylindrical ball nuts:
Auch Spielfreie Muttern verfügbar, vorgespannt mittels shift,
gemäss Zeichnung (nach DIN 69051, nach Kundenzeichnung oder gemäss SERVOMECH Masszeichnung)
SCN:
single cylindrical nut, with or without backlash
SCNP:
single cylindrical nut, with preload obtained by shift
Materials:
Threaded shafts: alloy steel 42CrMo4 or 50CrMo4 (UNI EN 10083 – 1), quenched
Hardness of ball tracks within the range (58 … 61) HRc
Ball nuts: alloy steel 18 NiCrMo5 (UNI EN 10084), case-hardened
Hardness of surfaces in contact within the range (58 … 61) HRc
Ball recirculating elements: alloy steel, case-hardened, with a surface hardness (50 … 55) HRc or plastic material depending on the application requirements
Working temperature: (-20 … +110)°C
Using special materials, it is possible to achieve temperature up to 500° C
